No refunds, Exchanges only. Customer pays for shipping cost for return, or return to a show location. Items must be in resellable condition.

Our items are all handmade by us in Saugerties Ny. Imperfections are common with the use of natural wood. Although this is true, we will gladly exchange any items due to defects.

Items purchased at a show, need to be exchanged the same weekend of the show.

If for any reason an item fails to live up to its original quality, including magnets, we will exchange them for the same item, or equivalent.

All items sold on website or show event, are to be used for your personal use only, and are not to be resold, copied, or altered in any way unless specifically granted in writting by ginger blue or any of its owners.
